Make Your Workouts More Than Just Weight Loss Workouts


j0405150So many people get very preoccupied with the number on a scale. While weight can be a good indicator of health, there are others as well. When you look specifically for weight loss workouts, you can either be disappointed when the scale doesn’t budge or stop the workouts once the weight is lost. The key is to see your workouts as more than weight loss workouts, see them as a new hobby or a health workout.

This means that you are burning more calories when you are laying around on the couch or sitting at your desk as well.

    I just started p90x and i looked at the nutrition plan, and i am on level two, and had a question…

    I am confused about the snack part with the bar and drink. i usually have a protein shake or two during the day, but does that count as the drink in the snack block, or does it count for a serving of protein? for example i have a protein shake about 35-40g protein, including the powder and milk. does that count for my snack drink? or a serving of protein? or both? thank you!
