Before buying something it is pretty common for people to seek out reviews on the product. This is true for workout systems, supplements, and many other things. You want to be certain you are spending your money on something that is worth your time and effort. This is totally normal and what makes a good shopper! We encourage our customers to check out unbiased Power 90 reviews and reviews of all of our products.
People who have already tried the system are a great source of information. Power 90 reviews provide unbiased information from people who have taken the plunge and tried the product. We like to think that everyone who does the program and follows it correctly will be impressed with their results. We honestly think you will find this to be true.
Power 90 and its predecessor P90X are both excellent systems for transforming your body and getting serious about fitness. Both created by celebrity trainer Tony Horton, these programs are relentless in their energy and progressively difficult workouts. Power 90 reviews may shed some light on just what you can expect from this program.
Many people like to keep blogs when beginning a workout program like these so be sure to look for some of those in your research. These longer more extensive Power 90 reviews will show you reactions to specific workouts and are great for getting real time progress reports from the blogger.
A fitness program should be taken seriously and we understand the need to look for unbiased reviews. I can tell you that Power 90 works or that P90X is a superior home fitness program until I am blue in the face but in all likelihood you will think I am slightly biased. P90X and Power 90 reviews are a great way to know if a workout is the right workout for you. Just remember, at some point you will need to stop researching and try the program yourself!

Since highschool I have ballooned to over 350lbs. I have develoed herniated discs, pre diabetes, and lower leg adema. I am at the point where I am mad about where I have ended up. Can I still physically participate in this program with the P90x follow up? Being 30 years old I dont want to believe that my life is 2/3 over, I would feel much more compfortable feeling like im not even half way!
Hello James,
Power 90 can certainly get a person ready for P90X, but when you have health issues, I would first speak to a doctor to see what kind of exercise and diet you should be doing.

I am a 54 year old female. I have been very active all my life, and three years ago I trained and entered a fitness compitition. I run on my treadmill, work with light weights and bands; I am bored, and want more, I miss that tight fit feeling and am tired of the gym. I am very healthy. Would you suggest I start with the P90X, or the P90?
Sherry
Hello Sherry,
definitely start with the P90X! P90X is certainly more challenging and is better for someone who isn’t in bad shape. You can really take off with this program if you have it in you, and I am sure you do!

I want t prepare my self for the p90 x workout……..should I complete the power 90 workout or power 90 Master Series?
Hello Omar,
if you aren’t ready to dive right into the P90X, Power 90 is a great stepping stone.

I am technically underweight (says my doctor) Because I have a fast metabalism. I am 5″4 and weigh 105 pounds… But I want to excercise and be in shape. I dont want to do the diet if its intent is to lose weight. should I just do the workout without the diet plan???
Hello Rachael,
this is always a tough question to answer because everyone is different in how they currently eat. If you want to eat healthier, there is nothing wrong with that. You can still follow the nutrition plan, but you might need to modify it so that you aren’t losing weight.

I’m not really looking to lose any weight, 116lbs 5’6″, but I would like to tone up. Would the Power 90 help me tone and firm up?
Hello Carrie,
Power 90 will help you to tone up, yes. Be sure to keep your weights on the lighter side, not too light, because using heavier weights will build mass.

I don’t want to lose any weight i’m skinny enough but i do want to be tone and have define muscle should i start the p90 also i dont want to lose my butt i have notice alot of the exercise programs show girls with tight LITTLE butts and i want to tone and lift not lose it! What do you recommend?
Hi Rachel,
it could happen!! This might sound strange coming from a guy, but I know women have certain spots where they SEEM to lose more fat when they are working out. Some women’s breasts get smaller and for some it’s their butt! When you lose weight, it’s your body shedding body fat. You body sheds fat pretty evenly through out your body, BUT it’s the storing of the fat that can be uneven. This is one of the reasons why we are shaped differently. When you gain weight, where do you get thick? Besides the belly because that area seems to be pretty common for most people to gain inches! It’s those other areas that will slim down first. You may lose fat in your butt which will slim it down, but to tone and build muscle in that area, resistance exercises is key. Just like in your arms. If you want bigger biceps, you have to do curls!

Hi, I’m 16 and I go to the gym and run on the treadmill and I also lift light wiights but recently I’ve noticed that I’ve become much fatter. This is dangerous and I was wondering whether I should start with Power 90 or P90X. I’m not that active any more but I want to lose like 30-40 pounds. What would you recommend? BTW, I tried to do Insanity but it was WAY too intense for me.
Hello T-Man,
I think you could start with either. Power 90 is less intense and is better for beginners, but if you want to jump right into P90X, take the fitness test first to see if you can keep up:

i want to lose 50 -60 pounds in 3 months could power 90 give me results?
Hello Mario,
the amount of weight you can lose in a set period of time depends on a few things. First, how much you weigh when you start your program. If you are a heavier person and don’t work out much, you are likely to lose more weight than a person who may be in better shape. This is because a heavier person has to expend the more energy and burn more calories to do the same exercises. Another thing that comes into play is your diet. If you aren’t eating well, you may be wasting your time with the workouts. You will still gain strength and muscle, but if your goal is to lose weight, you really have to watch what you eat. The nutrition guides that come with these programs are pretty good guides as to what kind of diet you should try and follow. Another factor is the amount of effort you put into your workout. The amount of effort you put in greatly effects your results. You get out what you put into it, as they say. Lastly, is the quality of the workout. This is what you are most interested in I think! The Power 90 is a great program that touches base with many areas of fitness, and has variety to help prevent plateaus. Having said all of that, 50-60 pounds may be setting the bar too high, but again that depends on your start out weight. Power 90 is also more of a starter program which is great if you don’t work out much, but if you think you can handle the challenge, the P90X may be a better choice to help you reach that goal.

Hey, I’m an 18 year old woman who has stuggled with my weight my whole life. I’m at my higjest point now, which is near 300 pounds and I want to be healthier. I want to be fit and happy. I used to do the biggest loser workouts but want to try something new. Besides being really over weight, I’m generally healthy. I have no pains or diabetes or anything else. Would power 90 be a good start on my new road to happiness? How can i learn to eat healthy? What are some things I can turn to instead of food in bad times?
Please help a young lady get fit before the bad effects of being overweight kick in.
