The first video is about 30 minutes, the second about 40 and the 3rd about an hour. They work you up slowly and steadily. It's a full body workout and I love it! I rotate between the ramp it up and burn it up depending how I am feeling. I have a bad neck and knees so sometimes I don't feel up to doing the burn it up. I work out about 6 days a week and only do one a day. I am losing weight slowly but surely!

How long are the workouts and how many times a day?
Thanks

Hi,

I am wondering how long are the Ramp It Up and Burn it Up routines? Would I be required to perform more than one routine on the same day? Why does it say that each routine is 30 minutes, if they get progressively longer? Thank you for answering my questions.
