This depends.  How old are your kids?  Will you be using this program?  If your kids are planning on starting a full blown work out schedule, and are at least in their teens, the 10 Minute Trainer could work for them.  It is a short, but difficult total body workout.  If you have younger children and they would like to try and do the workouts along side their mother, just make sure you are keeping a close watch on how they are doing the moves so the don&#039;t pull a muscle or hurt themselves.  This program was certainly not created with kids in mind, but please check out the following link to decide for yourself:

If you children are younger and need something specifically designed with them in mind, check out Tony and the Kids.  This is a more appropriate workout for children not yet in their teens.
