I want to know if 10 minute trainer is for kids.

Emma,
This depends. How old are your kids? Will you be using this program? If your kids are planning on starting a full blown work out schedule, and are at least in their teens, the 10 Minute Trainer could work for them. It is a short, but difficult total body workout. If you have younger children and they would like to try and do the workouts along side their mother, just make sure you are keeping a close watch on how they are doing the moves so the don’t pull a muscle or hurt themselves. This program was certainly not created with kids in mind, but please check out the following link to decide for yourself:

If you children are younger and need something specifically designed with them in mind, check out Tony and the Kids. This is a more appropriate workout for children not yet in their teens.

John,
I also do 10 Minute Trainer. As Tony says, “Do your best and forget the rest.” Now that being said, don’t get hung up if you miss a workout or two. Even if they are in a row. Double up on the next one if you can. If you know you will be missing one in the future, double up right before or do 2 in 1 day. The more you do, the more your body will miss the workouts if have to skip. Thus you will find the way to fit in the workout. All in all, don’t sweat it.
