The Peak Health Formula gives you nutrients that you may not have in your meals such as multi-vitamins. The Meal Replacement is for those who have a very busy schedule or just cant get a meal in at that time and it substitutes the meal. The Whey Protein helps build muscle mass so unless you want to build muscle you wont be needing the whey protein powder anytime soon. I hope this helps.
