I am a first time mother and my son is eight months old. He is in the phase of his life that he wants constant attention. I work 6 days a week at Narconon drug rehab and my son goes to the nanny when I am at work. I can’t afford to send him to the nanny’s for longer periods of time because of the expense. How can I get a good work out in and manage my son. I am looking for results but can’t spend 10 hours in the gym every week. I don’t have 10 hours to keep the house clean much less have the perfect body. Any suggestions?
I would like to recommend 10 Minute Trainer. It’s a very flexible program and is specifically designed for those with busy schedules who want to get fit. What’s great about the program is that the 10 minute workouts are super condensed, meaning you get a fantastic workout, which includes both cardio and strength training combined, in far less time than other workouts. 10 Minutes may not sound like a lot but these workouts are really quite intense for the time.
What’s great about the program is that it also allows you to stack the workouts. You can start with just one 10 minute workout a day and then gradually move your way up to 2 or 3, 10 minute workouts. It’s really flexible and just the perfect program for anyone who is pressed for time but wants to start taking their health and fitness seriously. It’s an extremely popular program and comes highly recommended by our staff and users alike.
