Hello,

I am ready to purchase the system along with the p90x chin up bar and resistance bands.

However, I read that the diet contributes to more than half of the results. The thing is that I am still living with my parents and we eat chinese food almost 2 times a day, and there are food there that are not as healthy.

What should I do?

Hello William,

I am going to advise that you do not skip any of the workouts if you can help it. The program is designed for all the 12 workouts to work together to give you the best results possible. If you are not looking to lose weight and just want to bulk up then I would suggest starting over and skipping right to phase II. Phase II and III will give you the nutrients you need to start the bulking up process.

Now I know you want to continue sports and I encourage you to do so, but I also encourage you to find the time to get these workouts done every day. It will help you to get the results you want even faster. If you absolutely have to cut out some of the workouts then I would suggest leaving off Cardio X, Yoga X and Kenpo X. You can get the cardio you need from your daily sports activities.

Remember, if you really want to bulk up you can't half step on the workouts. Your phase II and III diets, will also help you put on the mass you are looking for.

Keep us posted on the new you.

Should I skip some of the workouts or simply do everything but tkae 120 days instead of 90? I can't do the program everyday and keep up my sports but I don't want to give up tennis or soccer for 3 months. Help please.
