If you have been considering the P90X program or have already purchased it and are wondering how you can get the most out of the program, you have come to the right place. P90X success is not easy to come by but the program gives you back ten-fold for the effort you put into it. Never before has a home workout program been so dramatic and have such potential as P90X.
No one said P90X success would come easy. The program is designed to work, but you have to put the work into it. You must be ready to work harder than you have before and you will see results you only dreamed of with other workout programs. P90X is different and it shows in the results.
Your goal may be to lose fat or perhaps you have always been skinny and want to gain some muscle mass. The great thing about P90X is it is a total body system that will train your physique into a fit work of art. This level of P90X success, however, is only available when you follow the program exactly how it was intended.
There will be days when you don’t feel like working out. For some people there may be more of those days than there are motivated workout days. That’s okay. As long as you push through those days and don’t give into your sedentary cravings, you can still achieve P90X success and you will likely learn to love and crave the exercise as well.
P90X success may mean something different to you than it does to the next guy. Having clear cut goals will help you achieve what you see as your future physique. Knowing exactly what you want to achieve makes it easier to push ahead as those results start showing through.
P90X success is based off the superior program that is P90X, but also off of your hard work and dedication. Stick with it and you will be amazed at what you can achieve.

Started P90X last week and like it but I play tennis 2 or 3 times a week and soccer every sunday. My goal is to bulk-up a little. I am 44 yrs old, 5’6″, 154 lb. Should I skip some of the workouts or simply do everything but tkae 120 days instead of 90? I can’t do the program everyday and keep up my sports but I don’t want to give up tennis or soccer for 3 months. Help please.
Hello William,
I am going to advise that you do not skip any of the workouts if you can help it. The program is designed for all the 12 workouts to work together to give you the best results possible. If you are not looking to lose weight and just want to bulk up then I would suggest starting over and skipping right to phase II. Phase II and III will give you the nutrients you need to start the bulking up process.
Now I know you want to continue sports and I encourage you to do so, but I also encourage you to find the time to get these workouts done every day. It will help you to get the results you want even faster. If you absolutely have to cut out some of the workouts then I would suggest leaving off Cardio X, Yoga X and Kenpo X. You can get the cardio you need from your daily sports activities.
Remember, if you really want to bulk up you can’t half step on the workouts. Your phase II and III diets, will also help you put on the mass you are looking for.
Keep us posted on the new you.

Hello,
I am ready to purchase the system along with the p90x chin up bar and resistance bands.
However, I read that the diet contributes to more than half of the results. The thing is that I am still living with my parents and we eat chinese food almost 2 times a day, and there are food there that are not as healthy.
What should I do?
