Hi Rosemarie,

Creatine helps to build muscle. You aren't going to see an increase in weight just because you are taking the recovery formula. If you are really pushing yourself with weights, you might see gains due to added muscle mass. But not from the drink.

Hi Paris,

you don't need all three unless you want them all. The whey protein is more of a protein supplement. The recovery drink has a good amount of protein, but it also has ingredients to help relieve muscle soreness, aid in muscle repair and gives you some energy back after your workout. The meal replacement is just a healthy alternative if you don't have time to cook and can help you lose weight if you replace 1 meal per day.

Hi,

I'm confused with the ingredients in the Recovery Drink, after removing carbohydrates in the fat burner stage, we are adding back in with the drink 36 grams of sugar per serving. Am I missing something?
Also I am mixing it with a serving of Creatine, do you feel think this would help?
Thanks for your help !

I would like to lose 10-15 pounds but was wondering if I would have a problem with my goal since I have been taking the recovery drink, plus having a small dinner after a 1/2 hour consuming the drink. I was told that it is harder to lose weight with any products that have creatine in it. Is that true?
