Hi, I'm really interested in doing p90x, but struggle at pull ups and am afraid of the bicep curl requirements for the p90x fit test, so should i start with p90 or just jump right into p90x?

Power 90 is no P90X but, don't let it fool you, it will KICK your butt into shape! I've been meaning to get into shape and did not feel ready to jump into the extreme routine of the P90X.

Power 90 is perfect for beginners and, before you know it, you are shedding pounds and tightening things up.

I stuck with level 1-2 for exactly 30 days and switched it up to level 3-4 afterwards. Let me tell you, the cardio 3-4 is a REAL workout. It is definitely a more advanced workout, your body feels it and you know it.

If you're not ready for P90X, or even if you don't plan on doing it, this workout will make you leaner, stronger and whip you into shape. Like with any workout routine, you have to make the effort to "show up" six days a week, you HAVE to follow the recommended eating plan (a total MUST!) otherwise you will not see the results as intended. As the instruction book states, diet is 80% and working out the other 20%. I have to agree with that statement.

I recommend this program 100%!
