		<description>The one thing to remeber is to keep the ratio of omega 6 foods at no more than 4:1.
This is because although Omega 3 is anti-inflammatory, omega 6 (almost always found along side omega 3) is PRO inflammatory...
On that note be careful of 
Walnuts
Corn oil
Soy oil
Soybeans
Peanuts
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Sesame seeds
almonds and 
Olive oil...to name a few...
Their ratio is way out more like 12:1 for most of them</description>

		<description>I just wanted to say how happy I am since I&#039;ve been doing the Turbo Jam workouts I&#039;ve been doing them for about a year and I feel awesome! Now that I know about the Chalean Extreme workouts I cant wait to see the new results that I&#039;ll achieve!
To everyone who has doubts about Turbo Jam and Chalean Extreme all I can say is try it out, the grass is greener on the other side! lol

You start off my day with a painful 6am workout but huge smile!
