my boyfriend just ordered the program for me. It looks very promising so far but my only problem i haven&#039;t got Body Makeover Calendars in my guidebook. I went through the book hundred times  so far, definetely not in there. It is so frustrating because without that basicely so hard to guess what to do. I don&#039;t know where to start or what to do with those workouts now.

I have ordered from England so i am stuck don&#039;t know what to do?

Any help? Please...
