Hello Pamela,

It's obvious that you are already a superwoman in my book so the least I can do is get you started with some tips for saving money and time on this program. This link here will give you a couple of ideas of how to save money on your grocery list.

As far as your daughters are concerned, I would recommend letting them join in with your supervision. Using weights at that age is not really recommended, but following along with the workouts would be a great activity to share with your kids.

Keep us posted Pamela.

As a single mother of two on a fixed income, I am in the worst shape of my life at 5'3" & 138 lbs. I'm dying to do something here that I can truly manage. Is the diet regime one that I can feasibly purchase AND feed my kids (preteen & preschoolers)? For that matter, is it safe for my preteen daughter to participate in? A survivor of a violent crime, I wish to strengthen my body and mind so that I will feel confident & in control again, while teaching my children about strength and knowing what your body can do....

Thanks,
Pamela

Hi Caroline,

You can definitely use the resistance bands instead of free-weights. You may find that in some instances the bands are even a better option. In some exercises you may find having a few free-weights may suite your needs a little better.

HI,
I was curious are the resistance bands an option for every single dvd used in this program? Including the supplemental dvds not included in the Burn, Push, and Lean phases? Thanks
