		<description>Hello Isabel,

A great way to prevent muscle soreness is to make sure you are fully hydrated and to stretch a lot after each workout. Also, the P90X Peak Recovery Formula is great when it comes to alleviating muscle soreness. Of course, it also helps repair muscles and allows them to build faster. You will always be a little sore when starting a new exercise program. I remember back in the day, after a summer off, going back to school and starting sports again......ooooww! The first week was always torture! After a while, you muscles start to realize that you are exercising and they wont give you as much grief. BUT, with the P90X, we have muscle confusion. You may be sore in the middle of the program when you start working a new muscle group.

So the key is to stretch well, hydrate, and you might want to try the Recovery Formula.

When you are away, you can still workout. If you can get some time to yourself! Remember to bring your bands if you have them. You can use the bands in place of the dumbbells and the chin-up bar (band kit required for the chin-up bar exercises). If you can&#039;t watch the DVD&#039;s, just use your fitness guide. The guide tells you exactly what workout you should be doing for what day and how to do each exercise. It is better to try and get your workout in rather than doing nothing for two weeks. You will loose some of you progress. This way you don&#039;t have to start all over again!

<description>My glutes and hamstrings are so sore after this weeks WO session with Tony. Todays Kenpo was the icing on the cake, I have never not even with my previous trainer been so sore before...And of course before I started which was 2 weeks ago was in shape or at least thought I was but after woeking out with Tony for these past 2 weeks almost makes me feel like I am not in such great shape...I dont want to loose much weight rather tighten and tone and gain more muscle..

Any advice on whats good for sore muscles and Im going on vaca for 2 weeks and that will be in 2 more weeks making that the 4th week into this program. I dont want to loose what I have gained so far . What can I do when I am on vaca?
