P90X might just be the program you need.  You do something different every day, and your weekly schedule changes too.  You wont get bulky unless you want to.  You can set your own reps and weights, allowing you to set your own goals.  There is also the lean approach that gives you more cardio and less resistance if you want to focus on weight loss.  There are a ton of options that come with P90X.  Even with the diet!  It is a 90 day program, and if you really want it to work for you, it&#039;s important to stick with it every day and follow the diet.  If you do that, those 20 pounds will certainly come off.  Maybe more if you work harder!

		<description>I have been doing the power 90 program on and off for about 5 months and have noticed some results but nothing huge. It is hard to stick with the program cause it gets real boring but i do cause i wanna get in better shape.  Im 5ft 11in 220 ponnds. I am pretty muscular but have a layer of flab mainly in my midsection. I really do not want to bulk up more i would like to tone up and loose about 20 pounds, i have been wanting to do p90x for a while but not sure if its right for me. Can anyone give some advice ?</description>
