I pulled out my slim in 6. I now have a set of twins that are two years of age and I have run out of excuses. In week two now and can almost do all of the exercises. I have to stick with it this time. I know it works because 5 years ago it worked. I am about to purchase some of the other slim products especially since I cannot find my meal plan. “Ramppin it UP!”

i just started using slim in 6..im little bit confused on how many days i should work out and should i be doing all 3 workouts (start it up. ramp it up, burn it up) all on same day one after the other..? can any please clear my confusion..Thank you

You should be working out 6 days a week doing the slim and limber stretch routine on your day off. You begin with Start It UP. Do this entire DVD everyday until you are comfortable with the moves and feel you can step it up a little. When you get to that point, do Ramp It Up everyday 6 days a week. About two weeks should have passed. Then during the last 4 weeks of your Slim in 6 program, stick to the Burn It Up dvd.

Does slim in 6 really work becasue I have had it for a while and I tried the start it up it was really tough for a start up video.
