Hi Josh,

The P90X requires you to workout for about an hour a day for six to seven days per week. It does require you to dedicate some time! I know with work and school, the middle of you day is probably shot, so try waking up an hour earlier. Working out early in the day gives you an energizing boost!

Hi, I also have a busy schedule and am curious how many hours per day is P90X? I am very interested but don't want to jump into something that requires hours and hours per day when I'm in school and work. Thanks!

Carlos,

you'll be happy to know that it is perfectly acceptable to plan your workouts around your schedule. So long as you actually do them according to the workout plan!

You may find it works best for you to do your workouts in the mornings some days and at night on other days. While this is totally fine, you will want to establish a set routine for the week to ensure that you stay on course and don't feel the urge to skip your workouts. We really hope this helps and we look forward to getting you started with the program.

Please see the following links for more details on P90X

Hi,

I have been hesitating to buy the P90X only because of my crazy schedule. Are the workouts supposed to be done before or after a certain meal? Is it ok to change the time I workout everyday? I would hate to purchase this and read in the instructions that I have to workout before lunch or sometime where I would be at work or busy.
