I just bought the Accu-Measure body fat test caliper and the representative told me that there is a booklet attached. This booklet, however, only tells you THREE different site measurements: arms, legs, and torso.

Where can I get CREDIBLE information on how to measure body fat on more than 3 sites and how to calculate the body fat % accordingly? I&#039;ve heard about 7 site measurements and that the more you measure,the more accurate it is. 

I&#039;d really appreciate it if any of you guys can help!
