Hi Erin, Thanks for taking the time to comment! Yes, you're right it can and does work! You really can dramatically improve your body and not have to go nuts in a gym for hours at a time. Scheduling, and commitment is important though and making a choice to change your lifestyle is part of that commitment.

I just wanted to say that this form of training and fitting a workout into a busy day is brilliant. It really does work, you don't need to spend hours in the gym, and as anyone who knows how the body adapts to external stimuli, quite often more is often less in the gym. Too many people overtrain on a regular basis, and it slows down their progression, whether that is to build lean muscle, or burn unwanted fat.
I haven't tried this program, but I've been using a similar online resource from www.Conquer-Your-Body.com. Only instead of 4 10min workouts, Its a 20 minute full body workout from home (with a small weight or yellow-pages phonebook) that changes every 2 weeks, if you are an active subscriber.
I am just trying to say that this stuff works if it comes from a respected and qualified trainer. So if you're reading and wondering, well, it worked and continues to work for me.
