I received P90X for my birthday a few weeks ago. I’m already in decent shape, with 13% body fat (Level 1) and experienced with dumb bells and my Keys Cable Machine (which I love!). I’m quite impressed with the program!
To prepare for beginning my 90-day plan, I’ve watched each DVD once, and I’m going through each DVD again, this time doing the routines. I’m proud to say that I can keep up with 90% of the Plyo X already, Yoga X kicked my butt, X-Stretch is fabulous, and Core Synergistics is a great workout all by itself.
To the doubters, I’ll say this: After going through the DVD’s just one time, I’m more “tight” (the good tight, not the bad tight) than I was doing “push-pull” twice a week with cables and dumbbells. The videos keep you focused and force you to maintain a level of intensity that’s difficult to keep if you workout at home.
One complaint though…X-Stretch immediately dives into stretching without any warm up. I was surprised at this, so I stopped my player and did the “standard” warmup found on other DVD’s. Was this a mistake? Or am I OK not doing any warmup before these stretches?
Hi Steve,
Thanks for leaving your feedback on the P90X program. The focus for X Stretch is to stretch so no real warm up is necessary. Also as I’m sure you may have already read X Stretch is optional for most of the program.

Hi Guys,
I live in Canada and I am looking at buying the P90X program. While searching through the web pages I’ve noticed that the following supplements are not able to be purchased off this webpage and sent to Canada:
> Meal Replacement Shake (Van)
> Meal Replacement Shake (Choc)
> Whey Protein Powder (Van)
> Whey Protein Powder (Choc)
Are there Equivalent Brands I can purchase up here or are there Canadian suppliers of the brands you are selling?
Hi Scott,
Yes, unfortunately there are some supplements that we cannot send over the border by law. The Beachbody brand is usually not available in stores. What you can do is visit extremebodyworkout.com and check out the supplements page. If you click on one of the products, you will see a complete list of ingredients. From there you can compare what is in Beachbody supplements to other other brands you may be able to purchase in Canada.
