You’ve just finished P90X and you’ve never been so fit! You made the P90X a goal and now you’ve reached it. You completed an intense 90 day workout. You’re feeling great and you’re looking great. You don’t want any of this to end. But now you’re starting to wonder, what do I do next? Where can I go from here?
First of all, if you want to keep the level you have reached at the end of the P90X training, you will need to continue to make exercise and eating healthy a part of your daily life. If you don’t, you will start to lose the level of fitness you worked so hard to gain. That’s the thing about fitness—once you have reached a certain level you’re not just going to stay there forever. To stay where you are you have to keep up the same level of intensity. You have to keep burning off those calories and working those muscles.
If you liked some of the P90X routines better than others or if you just know that your body will continue to have some of the same problem areas, you can modify any of the workouts and continue to use them. If you’re creative, you may even be able to take some of the workouts and add some new moves and exercises of your own. If you continue to eat right as well, this should keep you pretty much at the pinnacle you’ve reached.
But now you can also do one better. The same fitness experts who created the P90X have done it again! We’re offering a brand new set of workouts based on the same theory of muscle confusion—P90X Plus the next level! You get five all new video workouts in P90X Plus (P90X+): Interval X Plus, Kenpo Cardio Plus, Upper Plus, Abs/Core Plus, and Total Body Plus. All of them work together to enhance the work you have already done. If you achieved great results with P90X, then you are ready to go on to an altogether different plane with the P90X Plus workout.
The music really rocks. All the brand new moves and never-before-seen workouts are set to hot music specially created by Jason Scheff, lead singer of the band, Chicago. Jason really knows what he’s doing and how you feel because he wrote this new music while he was completing his first round of P90X. He knows exactly what you have already gone through and he created a sound track that will really take you to the next level.
At first, you wondered what to expect from P90X—were you going to be able to get through it? Would it have the intensity you imagined? Now you know. The P90X didn’t let you down so if they say the P90X Plus is even more intense, it’s must be. Check it out!
But whatever you choose to do next, seriously—find something that will continue to keep you healthy and active, and keep doing it and building on it for the rest of your life.

p90 is amazing I must say. I’m 14 years old and have already lost about 50lbs and have the sculpted abs I’ve always wanted! it’s just so amazing I thank you all for making such an amazing working system (:.. Everything seemed so hard at first but after that 90 days its just like BOOM! Your perfecting everything and are able to keep up with tony and his crew. It’s Unbelievable (: Thanks again for such an amazing program

Hello,
Im thinking of getting the p90 X. Only issue is that I dont have any area to do pull ups because there isnt anywhere to hook the device and my doors are pretty low. Is there a substitude exercise available? Also does the program make you extremely skinny? I want to get cut but not lose to much muscle mass.
Nov 09, 2010 @ 21:59:18
if you are kind of a skinny guy and u have muscle but u want to get ripped and have bigger muscles does p90x work.for example i have the six pack and pretty big biceps but i want pectorals.i have started the p90x shcedule and after chest and back i am sore.
Nov 09, 2010 @ 22:09:10
just to throw this in ther i wiegh about 90 poudorjends and i am about to be 13 i am a running back in jr high football but i want to get those bigger muscles and pectorals and gain muscle mass got some advice
Nov 09, 2010 @ 22:11:20
haha imeant 90 pounds idk wat happened
Hello Blane,
lol! I thought there was a unit of weight measurement I wasn’t familiar with! So if you want more muscles, P90X is a good choice. You have the flexibility to go really heavy with the weights which will build up bulk in the areas you want. When doing the chest workouts, just push yourself a little bit harder to build up that area. Go for heavier weighs and keep your reps between 8 and 10. Also, be sure to calculate your nutrition level correctly and follow the diet. You will need lost of protein to build muscle.

hi im kolby
i just wanted to clarify some things
when i finish the p90x workout will i have to keep working out to maintain how my body looks now?
if i dont continue working out will my muscles dissapear and i get weaker?
can i do the same routine after 90 days?
do i just increase the weights but same excercises?
please reply, much appreciated
Hi Kolby,
you have to do a little something if you want to keep you body the way it is after 90 days. You don’t have to do P90X full out to keep your body the same, but you need to workout a little for at least 5 days a week. If you don’t use em, you’ll lose em. You muscles that is. If you don’t want to get bigger muscles or lose more weight, there is a results maintenance program towards the back of your fitness guide. This will tell you what workouts you should do, how much of the workout, and how often. For example, when doing a resistance workout, only do the first round or half of the workout. A cardio workout should be twice a week and yoga once.
If you want, you can keep doing the full program which will further your results. If you want to gain more muscle, increase your weights. If you want to lose more weight, do the doubles approach. There is a bunch of things you can do after these 90 days. What approach you take just depends on what you want your body to look like.

How do I know what order to repeat the workouts in after the 90th day?
Any suggestions?
And I don’t plan to follow the diet, I plan to just eat healthily and not really use the supplements or energy bars, because I’m already in rather good shape, will I still get good results from the program?
Hello Nathan,
after 90 days you can do a couple of different things. If you like your results and want to keep your body that way, do the maintenance program, which you will find towards the back of your fitness guide. If you want a little more, go for a second round.
The nutrition plan was designed to go hand in hand with the workouts, so because I don’t know exactly what you will be eating, I can’t say that you will still get good results. I do know, from personal experience, that the workouts alone will get you strong, but if you don’t eat right, you wont lose that much weight. I did a little experiment where I did P90X with and without the diet. With the diet works great, without, not so much.

I travel a fair bit (3-4 days a weeks) is it still possible to do the p90x program.
Hello Greg,
if you have an hour per day free where ever you might be, you have time to do P90X.
-Mike
Dec 20, 2010 @ 03:14:44
what is the least amount of exercise / bare minimum you can get away with to maintain the results that you have achieved through p90x.
the absolutely least amount of non p90x normal exercise routines you can do with.
Hi Adioso,
cardio 2 times a week, resistance 3 times a week and a stretch or yoga day.
With P90X cardio workouts, you typically burn 600 calories so if you were to use a machine at the gym, turn the calorie tracker to see how you measure up. You don’t have to get all the way up to 600 calories burned, but try and get to at least 400.
For your resistance, be sure to do one upper body, one shoulder and arm and one lower body workout per week to keep up your results. Normally, a P90X workout would be about an hour and have two sets of each move. You can basically cut that in half. Do one set of all the major exercises or 30 minutes.
If you try and stick to this schedule, you weight and muscle should stay the same. Anything less will slowly start to chip away at your results. Of course the closer you get to doing no exercise at all, the faster your results will disappear. It’s kind of the hope of Tony Horton that you will be so happy with your results and you will have adopted a healthy way to live so you will want to continue to workout and eat healthy.

I am thinking bout buying p90x but i already go to a gym 4-5 days a week but wud u recommend me getting p90x instead of goin to the gym?
Hi Frankie,
P90X doesn’t knock the gym, and either do I. There are those who love the gym and wouldn’t do well with at at home workout, then there are those who might not have the time to go to the gym or feel a little intimidated by others at the gym.
If you really like going to the gym, you can combine the two. You can do all of the resistance workouts at the gym, no problem. Just bring your worksheets and make sure you are familiar with each move and how it should be done. The cardio workouts and Yoga would be better to do at home. This way you can be at the gym at least 3 times per week and workout at home for 3. At least at they gym you have every piece of equipment imaginable right there for you to use.

I am starting the PX90. My question is concerning food. I am givin up pop and chips, but are pretzels a good healthy snack? and I dont eat eggs for breakfast, is oatmeal a good substitute for the eggs?
Hello Darryl,
pretzels aren’t a horrible snack, but they do contain a lot of carbs, extra carbs that you don’t want while doing this program. The nutrition plan is very carb consciences, and limits carbs to about 1 to 2 servings per day. Just to give you an idea, one cup of brown rice or two slices of whole wheat toast is considered one carb. Snacks for this program are typically a low fat dairy item or a protein bar or shake. Oatmeal is great for breakfast, but not as a good source of protein as eggs would be. Not a problem though, just try and get your protein from the remaining meals and snacks for the day.

Hello, i tried p90x and then i got tired and started playing some xbox…..hopefully ill lose some weight this way but we’ll see =]

Hello p90x, i am 17 years old and am currently looking toward purchasing p90x. Now when i see this advertised, i see that there are 12 workout dvds. Does each dvd take 90 days to complete for example an ab workout that takes 90 days and then maybe a chest workout dvd that takes another 90 days to complete. Its not a big deal but i was curious as to what that meant. Also, i see on the commercials that you pay for this in 3 payments. Is there anyway to pay for it in 1 payment?
Thank you so much,
Kyle Stocker
Hello Kyle,
you will use all 12 dvds in a certain order for a total of 90 days. Not 90 days each workout. You can certainly pay in full by visiting http://www.extremebodyworkout.com.

Hey,
I’m currently training for College hockey next fall. I’m almost done with phase 2 lean. After I finish 90 days of p90x, I plan to do either classic or double again. I’m just wondering if p90x WILL improve my skills on and off ice? Will it make me a better skater, etc? What do you think? Also, I drink shakeology and follow the nutrition plan.
Thank you,
-Rach (I’m a 19 yr old female)
Hello Rachel,
P90X is great for athletes and does help improve ability. I am not too familiar with Hockey and skating, but what makes a great athlete in any sport? Speed, agility, stamina, strength, coordination and more. These are just some of the areas that you will improve on while doing P90X. If you complete the lean approach then move on to the classic or double approach (do doubles if you want to shed more fat), you will see improvement on and off of the ice. Following the nutrition plan is vital to your results and drinking shakeology only makes it better. Shakeology is a great meal replacement and a half sized shake is a great snack. There is so much good crammed into that powder. It can also help to make you “regular” and having a healthy digestion system is definitely a plus.

hi, i’m 58 years old and am in week 7 of P90X. I work way to many hours and usually work out late at nite finishing around midnite. I use the recovery formula but also am wondering if it is counter productive for weight loss which i also need. I am enjoying the program and am able to get through most. I also wonder about tr ying to bulk up while losing weight. thanks
Feb 27, 2011 @ 10:13:37
Hello P90X Staff,
I was reading the booklet on nutrition because i just purchased p90x. I am a little confused as to whether i really need to follow it because i am only 17 years old and i am not so much trying to lose weight, but to bulk up and get leaner. I do not eat bad and dont eat junkfood ever but im trying as to figure if i need to follow the nutrition plan accordingly. If i dont follow the plan will i not get better results? or will i be ok eating a regular balanced diet that doesnt contain any junk whatsoever. Also, is there a specific amount of protein i should be getting each day? i really dont want to have to repeat wrestling all over again but if you could answer those i would be thrilled
Thank you so much
Hello Kyle,
if you follow the plan, you will get better results. At your age, that difference might not be that big. If you can’t follow the plan exactly, use it as a guideline to what to eat and how much. You will need a certain about of protein if you want to gain muscle.

Hi, I’m finishing the program in a few days but I want to plan ahead. After i finish the program what can I do to maintain the results. If I keep doing the p90x routines, wont my body adapt and plateau??? If it does, then what else can I do to keep my fitness level and my strength higher, besides the p90x plus??
Hello Johan,
if you take a look in your fitness guide, towards the back there is a small section that talks about maintenance that will give you a good idea of what you need to do to keep the results you worked so hard for.

My husband and I. Are almost done with the P90x lean version. I don’t think we got the results we had desired probably due to our eating (we lost the nutrition guide). We were planning on repeating lean again, but are wondering if we’d be better off going to the classic version. We still can’t go as far on reps compared to the people on the DVDs. What would be best to do?
Hello Lauren,
I think you should try for the classic approach. This way, you get to do things a little differently and a new schedule to follow might be more exciting. You might not be able to keep up at first, but eventually you will. Remember, the classic approach is more of an all around program that will also improve your athletic ability. If you aren’t looking to get bulky, be sure to keep the weights light and do 12-15 reps.

Apr 11, 2011 @ 21:58:10
Hey All,
I am in week 13 of the P90X Lean program. I will say I am quite impressed with the results, but I haven’t been as religious about the nutrition as some. I have lost right at 20lbs (from 264 to 245). I feel another 15 pounds would be my max. I have definitely gained some muscle so I know that is part of the numbers.
At any rate, I think I am going to move to the classic routine after a week off. I know I will cross this bridge when I get to it, but is there a published maintenance program based on 4 workouts/week once I’m through the second round? Or is it possible to maintain the results with that few workouts?
Michael
Hello PackFan,
there is a section towards the back of your fitness guide that explains what you can do for maintenance. It’s a little more than 4 days a week, but it’s certainly not a full P90X schedule.

I’m a 15 year old basketball player looking to jump higher, be more atletic and basically, become faster. Will the P90X help me do that?
Thanks

P90X was created to not only help you to lose weight and get into great physical shape, it also does help improver you overall athletic abilities.

Hi,
I am really considering starting the P90X program but I only wanted to do 5 days [Monday-Friday], would it make a difference if I missed the 6th day’s programme?
Thanks alot
Hello Lee,
you would be missing one cardio workout if you did 5 days. You might not get the same results but doing P90X 5 days a week will certainly bring some sort of change in your body.

Hi. I am thinking of trying the p90x program for the first time. I am really excited about getting into shape but is this program for beginners? I have been going to the gym but I’ve never done this type of excersie before.
Thank you!
Hello Adrian,
this program isn’t really for beginners, but the only way to really tell if YOU are ready for this program is to take the fitness test:
http://www.extremebodyworkout.com/pdf/p90x-fit-test.pdf
If you can pass this test, you can handle the P90X workouts. If not, you might want to start out with Power 90.

Aloh Guys,
just finished my first 90 days with P90X and gotta tell ya im hooked lost 55lbs and 6 inches off my waist my fat belly is gone and people tell me i look amazing i am going onto round two i did the lean workout and want to do it again i love the core workouts especially core synergistics by far my favotire workout and the cardio so my question is is it ok to do the same lean workout another 90 days i dont want to plateau or lose muscle mass by the way im 46 going on 47 and feel amazing!! Luv P90X going to be lifetimeX for me thanx for P90X!!!!!!! Aloha Mike
Congratulations Mike!
55 pounds! That’s great! If you want to continue with the lean approach rather than trying classic, you wont hit a plateau if you continue to progress in terms of reps, weights and intensity, from where you left off during round 1. Just because you are starting over, doesn’t mean you have to start out slower! Keep the pace, keep pushing yourself and keep progressing towards new goals.
Awesome job Mike!!!

Hi,
I have never worked out before but according to my doctor he believes the p90x will be perfect for me for my size and muscle structure.
My question is, when the program ends and if you want to keep up the shape you end with or continue to tone it further do you just run through the program again?
Hello John,
if you are looking for greater results, you can do a second round. If you are just looking for maintenance, there is a section in the fitness guide that tells you how much of the workouts you should be doing. It’s not as much as the full weekly schedule, but you will still be working!

Hey there i’m 15 and from australia! I’ve got some intense questions i need answering
1.) I’m on day 4 of week 1 and i happen to hate yoga simply because it constantly hurts as i am not very flexible. Is yoga that vital? because i’m used to pain after working out but the yoga kills me.
2.) I guess i’m pretty chubby but i’d seriously like to bulk up loads, i was wandering if musclue confusion works if i judt did p90x as a normal part of my life. I.E after i finish p90x (im on doubles) just keep alternating between phase 2 and 3 every 6 weeks… will this still work or will i plateau?
3.) Is it possible to use muscle confusion to just keep lifting heavier and heavier weights? e.g starting off with 9kg dumbbells and then in the not so distance future be using 20kg dumbbells? Because my friend who is 19 is using 25kg dumbbells yet tony only uses 30lbs (which is like 15kg) and my friend isn’t really that big compared to body builders…
If you answer these questions then you’re very damn patient and it’d make me so happy
!
Hello Jordan,
I would be happy to answer your questions!
1) Yoga is an important part of the program. I personally have done P90X several times, once really slacking on Yoga X and that round I didn’t get great results. I was also lenient on the diet too, which has proven to be equally as important and the workouts themselves. You want to try and do this program as complete as it comes. Yoga will get easier for you, trust me. You shouldn’t skip this because, you might not realize it, but you are doing some serious resistance training. Keeping your body in those poses takes a lot of strength and body control. Use a yoga block if some of the poses are too difficult, of modify where you need to. You don’t want to stretch to the point where it hurts, but you want to try and push a little further each time you do it.
2) P90X was designed to prevent plateauing, but of course if you do it over and over again, it might still happen. You want to try and add new elements when you start another round. A good way to do that is to use the P90X Plus workouts. They come in a set, but if you slowly replace one P90X workout with a similar P90X Plus workout, you wont plateau. You will be continuing the concept of muscle confusion.
3) Using heavier weights each time will also help, but you can only increase your weights to a certain point. You could add some extra cardio here and there. Or, take some of the tips during the DVD on how to intensify some of the exercises.
Good luck!!
May 24, 2011 @ 12:03:06
Pull up question: Are there any exercise alternatives that can used during these segments? We have the double problem in our space of lacking adequate mounting for bars and ,on the other hand, being unable to purchase bands neither at this time nor the in the immediate future. What if any, substitute movers exist? I in particular am beginning the 8th week and would like to not lose any more potential gains if not make up for lost time and missed opportunities due to inadequate facilities, funds and equipment
Thanks,

im a 15 year old male, I have purchased this programme and am into my first week, I’m seeing very little change, but don’t want to push myself to hard because of my age, what do you think i should go, push myself that little bit extra, also how long is it roughly until most people actually get results.
thanks
Hello Jack,
some people see results around week 8 and some as early as the first couple of weeks. It depends on your fitness and diet before you start and also how hard you are working. If you are normally a horrible eater and never exercise, results will come faster because of the dramatic change. If you are healthier to start and in ok shape, your results will be more gradual.

Hello I have been doing p90x but i have a couple of questions that I was hoping you guys could answer: First whenever I look at the p90x schedule lets say it says Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X does the Ab Ripper X from the Chest and Back differ from the Ab Ripper X cd? Second even though i have the nutrition guide i can’t follow it will i still get good results if i eat healthier, drink water, milk, and juice all the time and not go to fast food restaurants and also not drink coke?
Hello Nicco,
the ab ripper that come up after the resistance workouts is the same as the one on the ab ripper cd. They just put it on the other DVD’s for convenience.
The better you eat, and the close you follow the nutrition plan, the better your results will be. You can still get results without the diet, but they wont be as great and as visible.

Thank you for answering my questions Mike, now my last question when i finish my 90 days p90x, if I want to continue doing p90x, how long of a delay period do i give prior to starting again? For example, lets say I finish my p90x tommorrow do I have to wait like a week or a few days before starting the 90 day period again?
Hello Nicco,
you should wait at least 1 week before you start it up again.

Hello
I am 13 years of age and I work out every other day I am a male, height roughly 5ft 5, weight 10 stone my diet is based on meat and vegetables my work out is based on free weights roughly 2.5kg based on 3 sets of several workouts from benching 10kg to regular one arm lifts of 2.5kg of 10 to 20 lifts depending on the exercise, my brother owns the p90x workout discs and what comes with it, if I were to start the p90x workout would it harm my growth, muscles or make me ill baring in mind I have no medical conditions also how effective would it be on my body would this workout scheme make any noticeable changes to my muscular appearance if I were to follow the workout scheme exactly or as much as possible.
-Ryan
Hello Ryan,
there hasn’t been any cases to my knowledge that P90X stunted growth in a teenager. You would have to train extremely hard every single day in order to effect your growth. P90X will not do this. If anything, this program will help you improve healthy habits, not make you ill.

Hello. I’ve only just completed Day 15 of P90X and am having a blast and am staying motivated. I was wondering… after I’m finished with P90X (which should be around October 7), should I move to P90X+, then P90X One-on-one, then P90X MC2 (when it comes out)? Or can I just go from P90X to MC2? Basically I’m asking is there an order I should follow, or does it not matter? I know I’m thinking way ahead but just wanted to know out of curiosity.
Thanks,
Ron
Hello Ron,
if and when MC2 comes out, that would be a great next step. P90X plus could be a middle ground, but those are better for replacing P90X workouts with harder Plus workouts. If MC2 isn’t out when you finish P90X, go for the Plus. One on One’s are good for extra workouts as well.

Hi,
I just turned 14 a month ago and I’m starting high school. This school is VERY big on sports, while I am not so big of a fan. So I have searched for a program to get in shape with and that led me to P90X. I am about 5’9 and way maybe about 130 pounds. I’m not very active with the exception of swimming, yard work, and a couple other things. I also LOVE to eat meat (steak, tacos, hamburgers) and am not much of a fan of most kinds of fruits and vegetables, although I’m not fat at all, as I probably have a high metabolism. I have very little abs what-so-ever, having to flex hard so you can see them just a little bit. Now I’m ready to commit myself to this program in hopes of gaining strength and other stuff. What do you think about a 14 year old trying this program and how will affect all these things I have listed above? Thanks a lot!
Hello Grant,
there is really no age limitations when it comes to this program. You would just need to be old and wise enough to understand how the program works and be able to follow it correctly.
I think this will help you in a couple of different ways. P90X was created to help it’s users to gain strength, lose body fat, and increase your overall athletic abilities. At 14, I believe you are in a good place to do well with this program. Some adults have to hold back a little because joints and bones might not be as strong as they used to be. Take advantage of your youth! Get into great shape while you are still young!

I am considering purchasing the P90X program however, I have bad knees. Will wearing knee supports cushion/protect some of the impact on the knees?
Hello Renee,
wearing knee supports will help some and you can also modify moves to make them less impactive on your knees. Tony will actually demonstrate that in some parts of the workout. If you have bad knee problems, P90X might not the the program for you.

I have just a couple questions:
1) what do you need to preform P90x?
2) should I still workout at the gym when I’m still performing p90x, or will p90x just take the place of working out at the gym?
Hello Saif,
here is a list of equipment you will need for the P90C:
1) either a chin-up bar or the resistance bands with the door attachment to replace the chin-up bar
2) either dumbbells or resistance bands
3) yoga mat
Here is a list of things that could come in handy:
1) yoga blocks
2) recovery formula
3) heart rate monitor
4) body fat tester
As far as the gym goes, you do not have to continue working out at the gym while doing the P90X program. If you want an extra boost, you can keep going to the gym on certain days, or you can even do some of the P90X workouts at the gym.

Hello Omri,
weight training does not stunt growth, however there is a connection. If an adolescent sustains an injury at the joint, the damage may occur to the growth plate. If there is a fracture on the growth plate that is serious or goes untreated, this may cause stunted growth. So it’s not the actual action of weight training, but if an injury is sustained to the growth plate, growth in that area may be at risk. This is true for any sport or training technique, not just weight lifting. I have a friend who was a gymnast, she had a bad landing and damaged the growth plates in her feet. She is now a grown woman with very small size 4 feet. Just take caution and don’t try to lift over your limit. Even if you do sustain an injury to your joints or growth plates, you could still recover just fine and your growth wont be affected. A really serious fracture to the growth plate is what may or may not cause stunted growth.

Hey i was wondering if im a 18 year old senior in high school doing p90x, and don’t have control over what food is being bought in my house or the meals that i eat for the most part, is it that bad if i dont follow the nutrition guide religiously and just make sure i watch what i eat….
For example having a piece of fruit with every meal and not snacking on bad treats. Also eating every 2 hours or so….
Thanks jake

Hello Jake,
at your age, you can still do P90X and get good results if you eat healthy. I would take a look at the Nutrition Plan and use it as a guide to what types of foods are good to eat and what your portions should be like. That way you can work with the foods you are given.

Hi, I’m 14 years old (female) and considering p90x. I’m looking to get toned, and to increase my fitness level ( I already participate in school sports, but it’s off season and I’m sort of out of shape). Is p90x the program for me?
Also, I have a few concerns
1. I have lots of homework. How much time would i need to commit to p90x each day?
2. I’ve heard from some people that working out too young will lead to weight loss, especially in the breasts…is this a concern I should have?
And finally.. 3. Am I too young to start lifting weights? I’d love some definition but I don’t want to hurt myself.
Thank you so much for your input!
Hello Sally,
P90X can certainly help you tone up and increase your performance in any sport. P90X is actually the perfect off season workout.
To answer your questions:
1. You would need at least an hour per day, 6 days a week for P90X. Yoga days are 90 minutes.
2. This all depends on how you personally lose weight. Breasts are a little muscle and mostly fat, so it could happen. If you really don’t want to lose any weight you don’t need to follow the nutrition plan.
3. You are not too young to lift light. Please do not lift beyond your limits and make sure you have the correct form. Using bands rather than dumbbells can help reduce the risk for injury.
Good luck!

Hello I have a question on the schedule to do the p90x routines it says like chest&back, ab ripper once I finish the first workout, am I supposed to do ab ripper right away or wait a bit?
Hello Nicco,
ideally, you should jump right into Ab Ripper X to keep the burn going. You will already be warm and stretched and ready to go. If you wait, you will have to warm up again before you start.

I am seriously considering buying p90x… Just have a couple questions!!! Up until about 6 years ago i was very atheletic and have since let my weight get out of hand… Work, kids, marriage etc… I now have the time to do what i need to do to gain control! Could i possibly lose the 55 pounds i have gained with p90x and if after the first round i havent reached my goal do i need to wait a certain amount of time before starting another round? (but doing some workouts inbetween)
Hello Nikki,
the amount of weight each person loses depends on their weight when they start, the amount of effort and dedication they put into their workout, and how well they eat. 55 pounds will be a considerable amount to lose, but if you stick with it and keep trying to do better each day, you could get there. A lot of people don’t take the nutrition guide seriously, but if you aren’t eating the right foods, all of you hard work may not show.
If you want or need to do a second round, wait a week or two before you start again. During that time, stick to eating well and do at least 20 minutes of exercise 3 times or more each week. Just to keep you on track during your break.

How can I start my academic papers? Is it worth to use Buying Essay Papers services? Probably I have to strive to accomplish term papers without writing services?
