hey, first of all i just wanna say that this work out is pretty amazing, but i am getting stuck, i was just at the end of phase one but around the 19th day i finally got a job and when i got home i just couldn't push out enough energy to do it any more, so now I'm on like week 5 of phase one doing it here and there when I'm not working and have the energy too,but I'm still getting good results should i just keep doing what i can when i can or should i really try to push it the x?

I am in the Army and had the opportunity to do P90X while I was deployed in Iraq. My soldiers and I really enjoyed the exercises as it was something different everyday. Considering we were in a combat zone my platoon was able to participate and motivate each other including myself. My platoon had the highest morale and lowest incidents for injuries. I wouldn't mind using it with my current unit that I am assigned to now to improve my physical fitness numbers. Keep up the great work.

Hey John,

Sorry to hear about that. One of the biggest challenges is showing up everyday and pressing play. It takes self discipline.

I'm not sure if you are active in any workout regiments, but a great way to get motivated is to have a buddy to work out with. Maybe you guys could team up?
