I have been working out religiously for 2 years...and have lost 67 lbs.Great, but I have about 25 lbs more to go and it is not bidging at all.I do cardio everyday but Sun and I switch it up from stairs cybex treadmill and elliptical.I also jog or just a fast paced walk throughmy town.3 days a week I strength train and everyday I do ab work. That being said the weight won't budge.I had put on tremendous weight with both my pregnancies (100plus lbs )each and I just don't think my body will get firm or any more fit.My attitude and my abilities are very fitness, but my body is in between. Is this system going to b able to lift that block I am under and pull through the loss of 25 or more lbs anf firm up what I can't seem possible??? thank u

At 33 years old, 5 ft 7 and 127 pounds, I am a solid size 4 and am probably in better shape than most of the people I know. I adopted my daughter so I don't have any of the post-pregnancy issues many other moms have to deal with. However, I don't have the time (or energy) to work out like I did before I became a mom. I am a fairly healthy eater, which is how I've maintained my weight even though I don't work out consistantly. I'd like to get back down to about 122 pounds, but more importantly than that, I want to gain muscle tone. Of course, I'd love to do it in 10 minutes a day, but that seems a little far fetched. Will this program provide noticable results for someone like me, or should I go with the full P90X system?

Hello MO,

The 10 Minute Trainer appears to be the perfect program for you and your hectic schedule. It's a very flexible program and is specifically designed for those with busy schedules who want to get fit. What's great about the program is that the 10 minute workouts are super condensed, meaning you get a fantastic workout, which includes both cardio and strength training combined, in far less time than other workouts. 10 Minutes may not sound like a lot but these workouts are really quite intense for the time.

What's great about the program is that it also allows you to stack the workouts. You can start with just one 10 minute workout a day and then gradually move your way up to 2 or 3, 10 minute workouts. It's really flexible and just the perfect program for anyone who is pressed for time but wants to start taking their health and fitness seriously.

Hello mJ,

I can honestly tell you that the 10 Minute Trainer is a proven workout program. Many people have successful results and if you put your all into it, then you will get the maximum results from it.

It also does come with a small meal plan, it's actually a couple of recipes, not to much of a meal plan, but the program is definitely worth it's weight in results.

Check out some more features:
