Hello Sharon,

a 10 minute workout might be great for someone in your situation. You don't want to over do it, but you still want to do some form of exercise that will make have an impact. First, you should consult your physician. If he/she gives you the go-ahead, review the 10 Minute Trainer and see where you may have to modify. Modifying moves is usually what is suggested when you have knee problems to lessen the strain and pressure. Also, with the 10 Minute Trainer, you can do up to 30 minutes a day by spacing out each 10 minute workout through out the day, which will work well in your situation.

Hello Deana,

each 10 minute workout can burn 100 - 200 calories each.

Trying the 10 minute workout along with calorie counting. I would like to know how many calories are burned with each workout, comleting each workout. That would help me out with my exercise and diet regime.

Hello Roberto,

either way actually. You can do one, two or three back to back or throughout the day when you find the time.

Hello Kiva,

you would most likely get more dramatic results with P90X just because there is more of a time investment and the workouts are a more difficult. Even if you did do three workouts per day with the 10 Minute Trainer, that's 30 minutes of exercise spread out.
