10 Minute Trainer: The Best Home Workout for Busy Moms
It’s been said that being a mom is the hardest job in the world. Ask any mom and chances are she will agree. Between shuttling the kids to all of their activities and being an involved parent, to ensuring they have clean clothes on their back and a nice place to come home to, moms have little time to rest, let alone time to dedicate to themselves or their health.
Too often, in an effort to keep everyone else’s life in order, mom neglects her own. Worrying about what healthy foods to pack in the kids’ lunch, she settles for whatever is quick in herself. Time without the kids is either spent at her job or working around the house, maintaining the place that her family calls home. Although she might not be happy with how she feels or how she looks in her clothes, it is easy to ignore her own needs with so many other things on her plate.
What if moms could get fit and feel better in a matter of minutes a day? With Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer, moms like you can take 10 minutes during homework time or after the kids are in bed and manage to get fit and healthy. In just 10 minutes you can be on your way to a healthier body. 10 minutes! It may seem that carving out 10 minutes for yourself is impossible. But think of the benefits. A physically fit body inspires more confidence and promotes one thing that all busy moms can use: more energy!
The revolutionary 10 Minute Trainer program utilizes highly effective workouts with a sensible eating plan to give busy moms the results they want in the time even they can spare. Celebrity trainer Tony Horton developed Ten Minute Trainer with today’s busy lifestyles in mind. He knew that modern adults needed something that would forever invalidate the “I don’t have time” excuse. This program manages to fit all the necessary components of a high quality exercise program in 10 minute increments.
In what Horton refers to as the Super Stacking Technique, the 10 minute workouts are muscle multi-taskers. Contrary to typical traditional exercises, the Ten Minute Trainer program works multiple muscle groups simultaneously. It also combines moves that burn fat and tone at the same time. This eliminates the need to move from a cardio session to a toning session, saving time and super stacking your results as well.
The eating plan included with the 10 Minute Trainer is the other quick and time saving aspect of the 10 Minute Trainer. Tony put together some great meal and snack recipes, all ready in 10 minutes or less. This means that while mom is getting dinner ready for the family, she can easily throw together one of the 10 minute meals and manage to stick to her plan of optimum health and fitness.
Moms are the queens of multitasking, managing to schedule numerous activities for multiple people in a single day. While finding 10 minutes may seem quite easy, the scheduling skills of a mom will only assist in maintaining the program. A customized workout calendar provides mom with a time tracking tool to stay organized and on track.
Sometimes busy moms need to be reminded of the importance of taking time for self. They easily forget their own needs while ensuring everyone else’s are met. Dedicating 10 minutes a day to health and fitness allows mom to reconnect and rejuvenate in an easy and quick manner. In no time her confidence will grow as her waistline shrinks. Fitting into pre-pregnancy jeans and feeling more energized than ever before, she will remember why taking time for herself is so important.

Hello mJ,
I can honestly tell you that the 10 Minute Trainer is a proven workout program. Many people have successful results and if you put your all into it, then you will get the maximum results from it.
It also does come with a small meal plan, it’s actually a couple of recipes, not to much of a meal plan, but the program is definitely worth it’s weight in results.

Hello MO,
The 10 Minute Trainer appears to be the perfect program for you and your hectic schedule. It’s a very flexible program and is specifically designed for those with busy schedules who want to get fit. What’s great about the program is that the 10 minute workouts are super condensed, meaning you get a fantastic workout, which includes both cardio and strength training combined, in far less time than other workouts. 10 Minutes may not sound like a lot but these workouts are really quite intense for the time.
What’s great about the program is that it also allows you to stack the workouts. You can start with just one 10 minute workout a day and then gradually move your way up to 2 or 3, 10 minute workouts. It’s really flexible and just the perfect program for anyone who is pressed for time but wants to start taking their health and fitness seriously.

At 33 years old, 5 ft 7 and 127 pounds, I am a solid size 4 and am probably in better shape than most of the people I know. I adopted my daughter so I don’t have any of the post-pregnancy issues many other moms have to deal with. However, I don’t have the time (or energy) to work out like I did before I became a mom. I am a fairly healthy eater, which is how I’ve maintained my weight even though I don’t work out consistantly. I’d like to get back down to about 122 pounds, but more importantly than that, I want to gain muscle tone. Of course, I’d love to do it in 10 minutes a day, but that seems a little far fetched. Will this program provide noticable results for someone like me, or should I go with the full P90X system?
I have been working out religiously for 2 years…and have lost 67 lbs.Great, but I have about 25 lbs more to go and it is not bidging at all.I do cardio everyday but Sun and I switch it up from stairs cybex treadmill and elliptical.I also jog or just a fast paced walk throughmy town.3 days a week I strength train and everyday I do ab work. That being said the weight won’t budge.I had put on tremendous weight with both my pregnancies (100plus lbs )each and I just don’t think my body will get firm or any more fit.My attitude and my abilities are very fitness, but my body is in between. Is this system going to b able to lift that block I am under and pull through the loss of 25 or more lbs anf firm up what I can’t seem possible??? thank u
