How Power 90X (P90X) Can Make You a Better Athlete

 

Power 90X otherwise known as P90X was built around the concept of muscle confusion, which is an approach to exercise that will prevent training plateaus and burnout. Power 90X offers 12 different workouts that will be used throughout the 90-day training program.
