This program is great for your Martial Arts because it has workouts that are geared towards developing your core. As you know, your core is essential in any activity or sport that you may encounter. You’ll learn stability and focus through the Yoga Flex DVD and you’ll also gain a full body workout through the rest of the DVDs.
