    man p90x it ROCKS! I have tryed every workout there is. abs of slil 21 gun slute. But 4.hrs in the gym on just one body part dose not sound like fun to me.But p90x works everybody part.Everybody part is pushed to it”s limit . I”ve reconised my limitations and my weakness but only through training an p90x yoga x I ‘ve conquered my weaknesses. I push myself to to limit knowing no limit’s as limit= ations. if i mis a day yoga x day now it’s leg’s and back fallowed by yoga x ther’s no rest. And there are know boundres only a simple bluprint to fallow the key is to (BRING IT!)

    Have just completed the P90X program. Reducting of weight was 20 pounds and I pass 38″ to 34″ size fo the pants in 90 days. I will receive my P90X+ program today and I’m nervous about all the effort I will put on it. I`m a 4 Dan TaeKwonDo instructor and the P90X push my martial art over my inspiration.
