		<description>Hey Corey,

If you are not too sure if you can handle the P90X, try taking the P90X Fitness Test:

http://www.beachbody.com/text/products/programs/p90x/p90xFitTest.pdf

Do the various exercises and if you can successfully complete the requirements then you are ready for the P90X. If you cannot complete the fit test then we recommend you start with Power 90, the precursor to the P90X. Many people have had great transformations by starting with Power 90 and following up with P90X. However, if you can manage, P90X will really whip you into shape.

Life after the P90X is a personal choice. Some people go for round two or three with the P90X, and some go for the P90X Plus which will take you new fitness to the next level.

<description>We&#039;ve completed 3 weeks, it is definately a committment both physically and time wise, but well worth it! I am already feeling better and getting comments on my overall appearance. I&#039;m 48 years old and am a 5th degree blackbelt in Shito-Ryu, about 8 years ago I was in the best shape of my life, training 5 days per week about 1 1/2 hours session...This program is truly amazing, it&#039;s fun and I am seeing results already. I would change a little of the Kempo focuses to include proper foot and wrist positions but the overall workout is great. Thanks,

		<description>Hi Mary,

Well, if it&#039;s any comfort you must know that you are not alone. A lot of us often pick things up and drop them just as fast. When it comes to fitness it&#039;s even easier to find ourselves falling off the wagon.

Working out is demanding on the body, mind, and your schedule! Two points of advice. DON&#039;T bite off more than you can chew, start with an exercise program that you can handle. STAY dedicated. If you want to achieve success you must stick with it. Our programs help you with this by providing you with a nutrition guide and offering a workout schedule to follow. Take advantage of these things as they are designed to make life easier on you and get you the results you want.

I would highly recommend trying out 10 Minute Trainer to start.

http://www.extremebodyworkout.com/10-minute-trainer-products/10-minute-trainer.php

You can do one 10 minute workout a day, and if you want more you can stack the workouts up to 2-3 a day. Don&#039;t be fooled these are super condensed workouts and they will kick your butt! The reason I suggest going with 10 Minute Trainer is because I think it&#039;s a better option for where you are fitness wise and because of your tendency to drop things you started out strong with.

P90X workouts are an hour + long they are a real commitment. Take it from someone who has gone through P90X, it&#039;s so easy to find reasons NOT to do P90X, especially the amount of time it demands from your schedule.

10 Minute Trainer is a great place to start, and will give you practice with staying committed, and give you a heck of a workout on top of that! If you find your self wanting more after a couple months, move yourself up to P90X

I wish you the very best with your future fitness goals! Good Luck and stay with it!

<description>I am excited to try this - but also scared. I have a tendency to be gung ho on things for 2weeks or a month then forget about it...I am also wondering if perhaps i am not fit enough to even try this workout...does that make sense? I workout a couple days per week for awhile then don&#039; t do anything for a month etc. etc. I want to feel what it is like to start something and finish it......</description>
