Doubles is for those who want extra cardio on top of the standard Classic Approach, either for performance of for weight loss. Those attempting Doubles should be completely injury free and have plenty of energy to add another workout to the schedule three or four days per week.
The P90X workouts are approximately 1hr (1 DVD) each day, 6 days a week, with the 7th day being a day or rest or optionally X Stretch. Please see the breakdown below. Feel free to preview the video descriptions of each workout on the P90X product page here:
P90X Extreme Home Fitness System
http://www.extremebodyworkout.com/p90x-products/p90x.php
P90X DOUBLES PHASE 1:
This phase is identical to Phase 1 of P90X Classic. Your focus should be on mastering each exercise. Concentrate less on the amount of weight but instead try to reach your rep goals, while maintain good form!
P90X DOUBLES PHASE 2:
This is where you turn it up! Add Cardio X 3 times per week. It’s recommended to do this workout in the morning on an empty stomach. Then do your regular P90X workout later when you’ve got more blood glycogen for energy.
P90X DOUBLES PHASE 3:
Now you’re going to up P90X cardio to 4 times per week. With the this much additional cardio, it’s important that you eat very well to ensure that you have the proper energy to push yourself each day.

I have finished Phase 1 of P90X classic, and since I have extra time and extra energy, I feel like I can incorporate cardio into my workout; essentially, next week I want to start doubles where it would normally start. Should I alter my diet to include more calories? I understand that for my body weight, a calorie deficit of 1000 or so is considered safe. I may already be getting near that with normal P90X.
Hello Joe,
you don’t have to if you still would like to drop a few pounds, but if you start to feel drained and don’t have much energy for the workouts, you then might need to adjust your caloric intake.

I started p90x with the intention of gaining some strength, losing a few pounds and hopefully improving my yoga practice by adding some resistance training. Prior to starting p90x, I was doing 90 minutes of yoga 4-5 times a week and 30-40 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. I have just completed phase 1 of Classic, and I’ve gained 5 pounds!?! (I’m now 5’9″ 185) I’m definitely stronger than I was at the beginning, but I don’t think I have lost any body fat. I’ve kept my diet the same as it was pre-p90x, and for the most part it is pretty close to the p90x diet. Lots of vegetables and protein, not a whole lot of carbs, around 2600 calories. I think what is happening is that under p90x, my calorie burn is lower than it was under my old routine. Since starting, I’ve only been making it to yoga about 1 time a week, in addition to the p90x workout, as my body generally feels pretty wasted all the time. Now that I’m about to start phase two, I wondering what I should do:
1) stay on classic, but reduce my calories
or
2) start doubles
or
3) my own version of doubles, where instead of cardio X, I add yoga or a cardio workout (not yoga X, but an actual yoga class)
Thoughts?

Hey everyone!
I just started Phase 2 Doubles on Monday, and it’s been great so far. I did have one concern though. I lost about 3 lbs during Phase 1 and noticed that I gained lean muscle mass, which is good. However the first week of Phase 2, I’ve gained the 3 lbs back in a matter of 4 days. I didn’t know whether anyone else experienced this too. Obviously this is not the desired result for incorporating doubles.
I wasn’t sure whether it was the body maybe adjusting to the additional carbs in the energy boost stage and as a result I’m retaining more fluid? I don’t see how it would be possible for me to gain 3lbs of muscle in 4 days. Not sure whether I should lower my calorie intake below 1800 or not. Right now I’m following Level 1′s portions to a tee. Prior to this program, I was at about 1300 a day when active. I’m a little worried about doing that though, as I want to make sure I have enough energy to last through doubles. Any insight would be super helpful. Thanks!
Hello Kristine,
You are right, it’s hard to gain 3 pounds of muscle in 4 days. You can stick to phase 1 of the nutrition plan through out the whole program if you want to keep losing weight. That’s perfectly fine as long as you have enough energy for your workouts and to make it through the day.

I used to play college hockey and “was” in great shape at that time. A few years have past and I am 26 now with a nice beer gut. I am 5’8 185. I just finished day 4 and I am getting through the workouts fine but I do have a few questions.
I am only eating about 1500-1600 calories a day and it seems to me that getting to 1800-2000 is tough. Will this mean more weight loss or less (because I am not speeding up my metabolism?) For me its enough to get through the workouts and not feel burnt out at anytime during the day.
I am doing the portion approach and it seems that I have to have 2 protein drinks a day to keep the 50 30 20 ratio of proteins carbs fats. for breakfast lunch and dinner I have egg whites, chicken, and fish. Should I up the amount of each servings or is the protein power drinks/ shakes ok?
I am really looking to just lose the gut and any muscle gain will be a plus. Should I do doubles, classic, or switch to lean?
Thanks
Hello Steve,
A lot of people have the same concern. The food is too much. I say eat what you can, without going over of course, and eventually you might need to eat 1800 calories. Eating 5 times a day will help to speed up your metabolism, it’s not so much how much you eat in one sitting. As far as the protein, you can do either the shakes or add more servings of meat. It’s up to you.
I think men who have been athletes in the past should stick to the classic approach. Unless you have the time and energy for doubles, the classic approach will give you the weight loss you are looking for while allowing you to add muscle.

I’m coming to the end of my third week of p90x lean. I have seen definite improvement in my strength and ability to keep up with most of the programs, as well as a bit of slimming down. However, after reading a lot of these comments, it seems that I should have started with Classic to get the results that I want, which is to slim down a good deal more than building much more muscle.
It seems like I should not be doing doubles with Lean. Is that the case? I want to challenge myself more, and doubles feels like the way to go. Is doing doubles with Lean going to work for me, or should I just start over with Classic?
Thanks!
Hello Brenda,
Classic will help you to lose body fat, gain muscle mass, improve athletic ability and overall fitness.
Lean focuses on weight loss, but will also tone and tighten your muscles.
Doubles will give you all the benefits that classic gives, with extra cardio for extra fat burning.
Phase 1 is the same for classic and doubles, and slightly different for lean. You don’t have to start over, but starting with week 5 you can choose which approach is best for your needs.

is it okay to do cardio and strenth training workouts, like plyometrics and kenpo and back n biceps early in the morning on an empty stomach? because this is the way i have been doing it and have the energy to do them on an empty stomach . Also is it okay to eat something like a granolla bar before i start my resistance workouts in the morning.
Hi Brad,
I like to work out on an empty stomach, just to start burning stuff off of my body and not anything that I just ate. Something small like a granola bar would be great for a little energy if you need it. Some people can’t workout on an empty stomach, in which case they would need to wait at least an hour before working out. It’s all about what you are comfortable with.
Keep doing what you feel most comfortable with.

I am doing Shaun T’s INSANITY in the evening, which i absolutely love, but i started doing P90X in the morning as well..should i just do the cardio and yoga or follow the guide for the lean version fully?
Hi Julie,
that depends on what you want from P90X. Insanity is a lot of cardio, I’m sure you know, and P90X has a mixture. Although, doing the lean version has more cardio than anything else. I would say, decide which one is going to be your main program and do that one FULL OUT. Then, if you don’t want to do P90X full out too, pick and chose which DVD’s you want to do. People doing both programs at once isn’t something I hear about often! More power to ya!

I had a question. Should i take a recovery drink/protein shake after every workout? I understand taking it after the weight training but does it help to take it after things like Plyometrics?
Hey Shaz,
I would take the recovery drink after every workout, even Yoga. You might not be feeling sore, but it’s still doing you some good. Make it a part of your diet.

This is my second round of P90X. I have done classic the first round and lost 17lbs. I’m doing doubles this second time to lose additional weight and tone up, however I haven’t been losing much weight. I do see that my body is starting to tone up a bit more, but I’m wondering if my body is getting use to the work out routine?
Also, I was wondering how much I should increase my caloric intake now that I’m doing doubles. I find myself getting tired after the work out. When I do Cardio X in the mornings I try to eat little to nothing as possible to burn fat, but sometimes I can’t go as “hard” as I can if I would’ve eaten more. My question is what should I eat before Cardio X and the work out for the day to give me enough energy to get through the work out, but still burn the food and burn fat?
Hello Mary,
adding muscle tone can slow your weight loss a bit. Just because muscle weighs more than fat. If you are feeling a lack of energy and have a hard time making it through your workouts, it’s time to move on to the next phase of the nutrition plan which will add calories. Even if you do eat before doing cardio, you will burn some of those calories then, but you still have the rest of the day and your second workout to burn more. It’s important that by the end of the day you burn more than what you take in.

I have a quick question about the “supplements” for the p90x program.
I’m not really into supplements for a couple of reasons; they can be expensive and are generally not my style (natural). I’ll still be following the nutrition plan; just probably not the supplements. I was just curious exactly how much ill be missing out on if I don’t take them? How much would it effect my overall outcome of the workouts and results?
Hello Jake,
you wont be missing out as long as you are getting enough protein in you diet. Most of the supplements give you extra protein that can give you an edge when trying to build muscle and lose weight.

Another quick couple of questions;
1) It’s summer and I have plenty of time to do the ‘doubles’ routine, but I don’t think I will have much time by month 3 or so- is it alright to switch to classic (aka minus cardio) in the middle of the program?
2) When is the best time to workout when doing classic; AM or PM… and is there a specific peak time to workout?
Hello Ryan,
you could do that, just keep in mind that cutting out the cardio in the middle of the routine can slow your results. Not ruin them, just slow it down a bit.
The best time to workout is whenever you have the time!!! Ideally, I would say in the AM, but if you can’t swing that, it’s better to workout at night than not at all.

i was wondering i am a teenager that is an athlete. I wanted to get in better shape and lose some weight. i got p90x and wanted to know if doubles is good andwill get make you get . if i don’t have the revovery drink and protein shake what could i eat/ make instead?
Hello Bri,
some say that chocolate milk can make you feel better after a workout. Try it! Of course chocolate milk doesn’t have all the good stuff that the recovery formula does, but see how you do with that. As for protein shakes, you can get extra protein from food. Check the guide to see what foods would be considered a serving of protein.

Hi,
I can’t afford the recovery formula and supplements required, all I have is whey protein and salads, fish and chicken. Can you offer any avice to acheive good results considering my limitations?
Also, I started P90X 2 days ago and am sore, but I kept having to pause and pause and pause. Finally I felt discouraged and wanted to quit, though I finished, I looked back and realized I could only do 1/4 of the workouts. Any help to keep me going and get decent if not superb results would be great.
I’m 29; 6 feet tall weighing 202, I want to lose 12-17 pounds because I have a honeymoon in November so I want to look good. Thank you all and God bless.
Jun 24, 2010 @ 12:28:58
Hello JR,
I would tell you to take the fitness test to see if P90X is right for you, but you already have it, you mite as well make the best of it!!! Many people struggle in the beginning and can’t finish an entire workout. You just have to stick to it and try to do better and better each time. Eventually you will be able to finish each workout and the entire 90 days!
As far as the food, work with what you have and try to follow the portions approach as best as you can. Following the diet is important if you really want to lower your body fat percentage.
Good Luck!!!

Jun 24, 2010 @ 23:51:58
Hi,
I just had shoulder surgery and started to form a bit of a really BAD (at least to me) stomach/belly fat. I stopped drinking alcohol and I just started doing the P90X, however most of it needs weights and usage of my shoulder (which I can’t quite do yet). So I’ve been doing the PLYOS (because I play volleyball) and the CARDIO and ABS because I need those to be strong. However I don’t think those just doing those are going to shed the fat.
I was wondering what you consider I should be doing? The “Lean Work Out”? or some combination of something? I was just going to try and burn as much calories as I can. (I have a fast metabolism, 6’5 180lbs). Also, I don’t necessarily think I will follow the Nutrition Plan, I do NOT eat unhealthy at all. But I am just looking for a way to flatten my stomach, lose the belly fat, get back into shape before season but most importantly, lose my surgery fat.
Also, after the work out, should I be drinking a recovery drink? Because I never tried the P90X one yet.
Thanks.
Sincerely,
Mat
Hello Mat,
you can try the lean approach, although you will still come across workouts that you might have trouble with. If you are set on doing P90X, I would do the lean approach and when it comes to exercises that can aggravate your shoulder, do something else for that set. Maybe run in place or do abs. The diet is important if you want to lose weight. I can’t say that your eating habits are good enough because I don’t know what they are exactly. At least try and mimic what the portion approach suggests. The recovery drink is important. It helps a GREAT deal with soreness and gives you a little boost after your workout. It also helps repair and build your muscles.

I would like to start a mix of p90and insanity but make it a doubles progm, so I will keep regular classic shed but all cardio will be Insanity and 3x week I will use p90 cardio and kempo mon wed and fri– but xtra cardio will Noe be done in the pm, due to my work rotation!!! Is this goin to give me addtional results?? (two time grad of p90 lean and Classic
Hi Sean,
I would say that adding Insanity will give you better results!! Insanity is a really intense cardio experience, more than what you would get from cardio x. It also works your muscles so you will get a fat burning boost from that aspect of the program as well.

I am not set on doing the P90X but I DO want to lose weight and this seems like the only logical work out I can do to lose my stomach fat and fat all together. I don’t eat fast food, nor do i drink pop or anything. I eat pretty healthy with chicken, wheat bread, turkey, spinach leaves with salad and I try not to have any fattening dressings. I was just unsure about what else I would have to do to lose that belly fat.

Mat–
Diet is the key to most workout’s , not that you eat a poor diet but It could be similar to my situation a year ago! Torn rotatar cuffs left me side lined and I gained only in the belly ( skinny fat guy ) . also I’m vegatarian, in short I thought wow I eat really clean ( most of time ), but through 90x nutrition I did discover I did not eat nearly enough food at ( key-! ) the right times! Once I changed the diet off came the fat like magic!! As to shoulder injury— change the movements that bother you to other types like lunges, biceps or DROP the weight till your stronger!! — man I should be on the beachbody team I love this stuff– Sean R
You should!! You give great advise! Become a coach!!
Jul 01, 2010 @ 17:04:11
Sean or Staff,
Well I am also a skinny fat guy I guess (6’5 180lbs – but have a gut some how).. I can see the abs under the fat but I haven’t been able to get rid of that fat for the longest time. I was going to start doing the LEAN P90X Work outs and just do whatever I can with my shoulder. I was also going to run 4-5 miles outside everyday.
As for Diet — I am not sure what to eat or when to eat it. Should I follow the P90X one? Because I heard from other people that it is a bad diet to follow from one of my other friends who is a Nutritionist. But I have been looking all over the internet for types of things to do to lose body fat and what to eat to lose it but I have not found too much or a LIST of things to do in order to get rid of it.
If you can help me or point me in the right direction (websites? articles?) to where I need to look that would be great. Thanks.

Mat —
ok first question –4-5 miles everday is alot of running and may become problem for lower body joints, considering bad shoulder and possible lower body injury’s will make things a mess for you! When it comes to new workouts you must build up slowly and progress!! Please understand this concept you can run an engine really hard but without the right fluid s engine will break down and not preform, the body must have right nutrition to do what will be asked of it and your case you want to lose visural fat! The p90 diet nutrion is solid ..IT WORKS. As a vegan ( no meat or meat byproduct) I have changed certain things to allow for my personel eating habits , however I maintain very strict calorie consumption. As I said before I needed more cal through out the day to lose weight, crazy eating more but losing pounds!!
2 nd the what to eat— enjoy clean non processed food! If I told you only eat apples to lose weight I’m sure pretty soon you will hate apples , finally commit to the program use the p90 cardio type routine they prepare Your body for harder work to come , it will sculpt your mid section, if you only lose weight your goin to look like a skiny version of the fatter you!! Thank you for all the help, I was going to start using the P90X LEAN WORK OUT just because that’s what the staff member and that’s what sounds right for me right now I guess. So I suppose I will look at the nutrition plan to look for things to eat daily. Hopefully the stomach fat will shed faster than I know it. Thanks for all the help. Take care.

Thank you for your respnse, I have another question.
I am having major knee problems right now and am having to use my left leg more than my right when attempting to do the plyos workout. My doctor suggested I do something else incorporated with the P90X workout and leave plyometrics alone to avoid more pain and further injury.
What do you suggest I replace plyos with? More cardio or cardio synergistics? Just looking for advice so I can get great results. Much obliged and hope you had a great 4th of July.

Im 17, i take in i’d say about… 1800 calories a day, in that ball park.. im not really on a program per say because i play basketball almost daily, i signed up for a tournament with some people i know so we practice almost daily, i normally do the chest and back on monday, shoulder and arms on wednesday, and i do abs every other day, i am mainly concerned about my upper body… chest, shoulders, arms, stomach.. Its almost my senior year so i want to be in the best shape possible i have about 45-50 days to get myself in the best shape i can in that time.. i have plenty of time to do any workout routine that i need to. and i dont burn out with the calories i take in and i can handle any more workout time that i need so please help me out and tell me what kind of plan to follow to get a ripped cut chest and drop the some of the fat around my stomach.. thank you.
Jul 05, 2010 @ 18:43:44
Dan- you need to decide on a program ,lean , classic , doubles , and commit to the program.
Also– NUTRITION !!!!! Must have right cal intake for a punishing program, I work in a gym and most of my clients are shocked when I tell them they dont eat enough, now here this that is not a license to eat bad food to get cal up! Don’t take short cuts commit and then start, torso and belly last place to lose fat, STICK TO THE PLAN. Sean
Jul 05, 2010 @ 18:55:31
Dan-As you see nutrition is very important it’s my number one advice! You can do this!! It won’t happen overnight but IT WILL HAPPEN!! Get rid of that scale or put it away!! P.S don’t skip the yoga x in fact do it more, I have to agree with the DVD I can do things with my body that alot of 40 yrs cannot because I do yoga, now go work out!! Sean R
Jul 05, 2010 @ 23:46:52
Alright, so lets say i commit to classic/doubles workout.. since i really dont want to do any lower body workouts should i switch the legs adn back day for maybe back and biceps? How many calories should i take in? 1800 isn’t enough? i have like i said 45-50 days is that enough time to lose as much as i am looking for? Also can I stack workouts like my friend wants me to come to the gym with him when he goes so as long as im doing the same muscles would it be fine to work the same muscles 2 times in the same day?
Jul 06, 2010 @ 00:01:49
Also i had a question about the diet plan.. My cousin gave me the P90X program.. so all he gave me were those cd’s so i really dont know how to get a hold of that nutritional plan and everything. Also how much protein should i be taking in per day?

Dan — working out the muscles 2 time a day bad idea must need time to grow and repair–will certainly lead to injurys also when you build muscle they will weigh more – hence the cardio loss of fat. Again forget the daily scale track by what you see, how you feel ,and the inches– if your able you should work legs for help speed up the process- legs are the biggest muscles work them and change yor metabolism, they will only get bulky with very heavy weight, if your not able physically then yes sub them with other routines, I’m a trainer not a nutritionist but my cacultion for your BMR is 1800 a day with easy to moderate, basically if you want to step up the game with workouts as hard as you say then no you need way more– as example keep in mind I’m twice your age— I’m 5.9 — 155-159lbs single % fat very lean ripped as we call it and I eat min 2500 a day to upwards of 3000 agsin very little fat!as for protien don’t over stress about it eat lean sources and add variety, I can’t tell you a number due to I’m a vegan! I’m not saying be vegan, I’m saying alot BS is this gram to pounds of body or you won’t gain muscle! BS at 30 I was 197 lbs and Power Lifting, and see below ~

Dan – this is maybe a better option for you!
Bad news -sounds like maybe this is not the program for you at this point!!
Good news- there’s another program here called Insanity!!
Insanity is a freakshow of cardio I currently mix the two in a hybrid mix because I have completed both allready. Insanity is exactly what the name says!!! I 100% believe in it! This is workout that gives me the lean rip look!! Maybe use this to get more cut then switch back to p90 for gains!! As well an extra bonus this is a very short program not as long as 90 day– now go work out– Sean

What if i did the lean workout for p90x, and did my regular cycle workouts at the gym? Do you think i would get good results then? And on the days I do shoulders and arms or legs and back i could just do cardio at the gym? How many calories do you suppose i should take in if I took that approach, Also for the protein i generally get my protein from chicken/eggs at home along with the protein shakes/bars, I just wanted to know if there is a number i should reach for or something like that. Ty for the quick feed back.

Danial– lean workout with some extra cardio for sure but careful not to overtrain, I have to tell some my clients to stay home because I can see the effects overtraining has, when you workout give it all you can work hard, if you dint rest enough you can’t deliver the hard work! As for the protien ( keep in mind I don’t eat animal product) but yes there all good sources, bars in my oppinion are a waste of cash !!! To over processed lots of crazy stuff in them! Eat 5-6 small a day try clean incude the big 3 carbs ( yes carbs not processed crap– brown rice, yam , potato , whole grain )carbs are the gas in the tank!! Include protien AND MUST healthy fats!! Consider fats as a delivery system they bring the protien to the body!! Skip them and and you waste precious protien!! Tons of vegetables , leafy greens , fresh fruit. Fruit does not make fat! Chemicaly processed food makes you fat, and it sucks bit count calories, eliminate drinking cal, water only except if you enjoy dairy glass of milk with main dinner but include in daily cal amount! Amount I would not go under 2000 if plan to work out this hard! We have two MMA guys here close to your age and size– very lean kids ( no offense by kids — habit) both train hard 4-5 week and cardio 5 x week one at 2700 and maintaining other at 2300 and cutting fat! Key here is consistent cal everday, the body is aware it’s getting food so it can burn fat for fuel– so there you are get goin fit test p90x starts when ??? Yes in the morning

Well, I’m planning to workout 6 days a week, take sunday off. I get my protein bars relatively cheap so that is not a concern for me but idk what you mean by lots of crazy stuff in them. I am gonna try to up my calorie intake to above 2000, and i do enjoy milk that is probably the only other liquid i drink aside from water. i do not drink any kind of soda and not really any juice either. I eat wheat bread, cereals, salads, fruits, and whatever my mom makes for dinner which is usually healthy to an extent. Thank you.

Glad you asked!!! This a article i now give my clients — written by Kevin Richardson P/T from NYC i keep copys if it all over the place! ———-Even more of a quick fix idea than protein shakes are protein bars. Once again, it begins with a really great idea, a candy bar that gives you all the nutrition that you would get from a regular meal and it sounds absolutely fantastic. As a personal trainer many of my clients ask if they can have a Luna Bar or other protein bar as a breakfast replacement or as a meal when on the run and the answer is always no! Why not, you ask? Well to start do you think that a meal consists of whey protein, whey protein isolate, sugar, canola oil, cocoa processed with alkali, whey protein concentrate, milk protein isolate, organic brown rice syrup, soy protein isolate, glycerine, gelatin, soy crisps, lactose, tapioca starch, inulin, rolled oats, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, maltitol, palm kernel oil, oligofructose, high maltose corn syrup, cocoa butter, whey protein milk Concentrate, calcium caseinate, casein, nonfat yogurt powder, cocoa powder, maltodextrin, wheat Flour, soy lecithin, nitric oxide, glutamine, arginine, organic evaporated cane juice, dextrose, fish oils and water? Doesn’t sound too appetizing when listed that way, but those are the main ingredients of three of the top selling protein bars on the market.—– Eat real food for best results…. Sean

I don’t sacrifice food for a protein bar. I eat my protein bar generally after my workout, sometimes i eat it half an hour or an hour before a workout but never to replace a meal.
Jul 07, 2010 @ 08:10:12
Problem is that candy bar is now part of food plan, better off havin a chic breast and some broc, theses will assimilate and digest easier hence starting the repair process!! Again eat the 3 every meal! Sean , you would be better to have choc milk then all that chemically altered bars!!

Hey there,
Have somewhat of a problem, I am a full time student and full time worker. I only have 4-5 days to workout with p90x, problem is also I can’t workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Can you suggest something that’ll help me get full benefits considering limited timing? Thanks a bunch!
JR
Jul 08, 2010 @ 07:23:08
JR- use Thursday as your rest day so fri day will day1 sat 2 as so on at some point you can double up on a day or time permitting deep stretch ‘ tues when you study get in some yoga poses it might help you relax and study better! 2 days a week rest with all that work and school will prob make you stronger don’t stress over the calendar keep the workouts in order after all it’s only 12 days missed in 90?? You will still see the same results regardless those 12 days will not affect you in way such as adding pounds of muscle nor if they were missed lost inches, very fractional changes! ( don’t double up weight days but cardio routines instd- good luck Sean

I live in Korea and am unable to get the p90x recovery formula. Are there any alternatives? Will it matter if I dont use any supplements?
Jul 11, 2010 @ 15:15:31
3rd phase of my hybrid mix p90xsanity, calories on the rise, up up and way. 3300 to start and see where it goes !!
Jul 12, 2010 @ 21:20:58
What exactly is your hybrid mix of p90xsanity? And would it be helpful to lose fat around the belly/chest area?
Jul 13, 2010 @ 16:14:47
Bobby- for sure it would and mite so if you have a solid nutrition plan with it!
Jul 13, 2010 @ 16:46:06
Oh my mix of two is a doubles approach so mon , wed , fri , are p90 x days plus abs rotating from each DVD, later in day I do cardio again rotate from each DVD , tuesd, thur, sat insanity days (1 workout only these days) and Sunday is a rest or stretch only! I also hit some yoga at a studio whn mood hits me. I have also chosen to delete leg days due to my busy sched however on wed I do a max squat rep but only one rep( max weight ) 3 weeks on and one week recovery which is 2 yoga 2 core synergy,2 card recovery, 1 kenpo x. This is also a 90 day program!
