My mother in-law has been doing the 10 minute workout system for about 2 months and she has really lost a lot of weight. You can really see it in her face and waist. It's been about a year since my second son was born and I couldn't help but feel I needed a change. I just wanted to let everyone here know that this program really does work. I just want to say to all the guys out there who are not in the best shape ever (like me when I started) lose the ego and give this a try.This isn't as intense as the px90x workout but be honest with yourself you probably aren't ready for that if you're leading a sedentary lifestyle. 10 Minute Trainer is a great program I've already lost 12 pounds and I feel terrific. The program works and you can scale it up to 2 or 3 10 minute routines a day when you're ready.

Hello, I just started the 10 Minute Trainer a few days ago and I really love this program. Of course it's too early to see any results, but I am starting to feel some soreness, which is a good thing. I am alway so busy with work and my family, I never have time for exercise. My wife started calling me "Big Guy" so I though maybe I should find something to do. So far, I do 10 minutes in the morning and yesterday I had some free time around 8pm so I though I would do one more. I hope to see some weight loss with the 10 Minute Trainer, but I know this is something even I can commit to.

I just had my second child about 6 months ago and I put on quite a bit of weight, about 20 pounds even months after my child was born. Since then I went back to work, between the kids and stuff going on at home, I really didn't have time to do much of a workout. I was always too tired after work and didn't want to take time away from the kids to go to a gym. Getting up an hour earlier in the morning, forget that idea! So I saw the commercial for the 10 Minute Trainer and decided to give it a try. 30-60 minutes a day I couldn't do, but I can squeeze in 10 minutes somewhere. So when I first started I was surprisingly sore during week 1. It doesn't seem like you will be doing much in 10 minutes, but you definitely are! The techniques really do feel effective! I was also following the guidelines from the nutrition plan, not 100%, but I definitely made a huge change in my diet. Since I started the 10 Minute Trainer 2 months ago, I lost 15 pounds! I am an all around weight gainer, so my whole body started to shrink! I still have some more weight to loose, but I know I can continue on with the 10 Minute Trainer for a long time because it's so easy and not at all time consuming. Thank you!

I am 16 years old and I really needed to lose weight. Image at school is important, right or wrong, and I need to do something. My mom ordered the 10 Minute Trainer for me and I wasn't sure if it would work, but because I am involved in many extracurricular activities, I didn't have much time. So I was able to fit in two 10 minute workouts a day for the past month and I lost 10 pounds already! I am not following the diet plan perfectly, but I did clean up my diet thanks to the advise in the food guide. So overall, its a good program for people who are short on time.

I run with a pretty tight schedule. A do a lot of flying and meeting with clients and then get back on the plane again the very next day. Hotel living is my life (unfortunately). After the travel and meetings it gets late, leaving me very little time for staying fit. Usually the hotels that I stay in have gyms but I've never been a gym kind of guy. I like privacy. This program worked out great for me. It's quick, effective and I can take it with me. Really don't have any complaints.

Perfect for Beginners

The 10 Minute Trainer workouts are challenging but not too challenging. For a beginner this program is a nice stepping stone. You build up workout regiment 10 minutes at a time which is also great for those who don't have a lot of time. It was much easier for me to stay committed to the program because I knew I only had to do it for 10 minutes a day. Everyone should have 10 minutes! Because I'm so resistant to change and have a hard time incorporating new routines, it took me about a month to finally stack on another workout. Baby steps for me!

The beginning can be rough

Overall the program works as it says it does. But I was very frustrated with it at the beginning. I thought they moved too fast from one move to the next. But I would probably have that same program with any program that I bought. I'm very out of shape and it was a shock to my body. However, I stuck with it and now I'm doing 30 minutes a day and seeing the results. I've lost weight and am starting to see my abs forming.

I feel like I bought an infomercial! The program itself is great but it seems like they are doing more talking than working out. Beachbody should really think about doing that program over, taking out all the commercials. I already bought it, what do you need to convince me of now! Good program, but lose the commercials!

Being an on the go person, this program has been a life saver for me. For years I've been trying and trying to fit some kind of workout routine into my life. Having the motivation to do so is hard enough but when you add time, it seems to make it nearly impossible for some, well at least me. After hearing about this program from a friend of mine, I decided to give it a try. I like the program. It's not as easy as I though it would be, you can literally work out for only 10 minutes and feel like you've done something. For right now I'm not able to add anymore but I am doing it 4-5 days a week. No bad!

I'm still thinking about getting the 10 Minute Trainer and thought I'd read the reviews. Just a quick comment about a review made by "welling", if you are going to give something a bad review, please explain why instead of just "sucks ...". Some people take these reviews into consideration when choosing an item to buy and that kind of review means nothing if you are not going to back it up. I'm still thinking about it after reading all the reviews.

im 18 years old, average height, i was skinny at first but things have changed in the past few weeks. well, for me i've been doing 10 minute trainer and im almost done with the workout calendar, it has been great, there are some obvious changes in me, in my abs, my arms, shoulders. Im planning on doing the upgrade by next month. this really is a good workout for everyone, even for a skinny guy like me, ive toned my body in just 10 minutes a day. It's really working for me. thanks!

10 Minute trainer is a great workout system. My husband was doing P90X for a few weeks, and to be honest I started to get a little jealous of how good he was looking! Should your husband look better than you?!?! I was not ready for p90x, so i looked around for a workout that would be better for me. 10 minute trainer is great. At the very least you can squeeze in one 10 minute workout a day. And these workouts give you a challenge even though they are quick. I do two ten minute workouts a day now. Its perfect if you are really busy and still want to look and feel good!

A friend of mine was doing the 10 Minute trainer and I couldn't believe how much weight she has lost. I didn't believe that 10 minutes was all it took and I was sort of right. She told me that the workouts are 10 minutes long and you can do one, two, or three per day. She was doing 3. That made more sense to me. So I bought the 10 minute trainer and once again, got something that I wasn't expecting. I thought a 10 minute workout would be cake, but it wasn't at all. It was like a super concentrated workout. I don't always have time to do three 10 minute workouts per day, but I can usually fit in two. Now I am starting to catch up to my best friend when it comes to my weight and I couldn't feel better. We started to schedule our workouts together and we motivate each other which is great for our friendship. Love my best friend, and love the 10 Minute Trainer!
