Not just a woman's workout! Reviewer: Michael1963 I just want to say to all the guys out there who are not in the best shape ever (like me when I started) lose the ego and give this a try.This isn't as intense as the px90x workout but be honest with yourself you probably aren't ready for that if you're leading a sedentary lifestyle. 10 Minute Trainer is a great program I've already lost 12 pounds and I feel terrific. Of course it's too early to see any results, but I am starting to feel some soreness, which is a good thing. I am alway so busy with work and my family, I never have time for exercise. My wife started calling me "Big Guy" so I though maybe I should find something to do. So far, I do 10 minutes in the morning and yesterday I had some free time around 8pm so I though I would do one more. I hope to see some weight loss with the 10 Minute Trainer, but I know this is something even I can commit to.
