Great Start-Up product January 29, 2011 Reviewer: HoosierBoy Product: 10 Minute Trainer (Deluxe) This was a great way to start exercising again. The first two weeks I just did 10 minutes a day, and then upped it to 20 minutes. By the third month, I was able to do 30-40 minutes no problem. After 3 months, I decided to go all out and get P90X. I gave this 5 stars because it really does work extremely well! However, once you get into shape, you can either just use this to maintain, or use it like I did as a trainer for P90X, as that's extremely difficult.
The results I achieved were pretty great, in 3 months, I lost 17 pounds. But most importantly, this really did a great job in preparing me for P90X. Like I said, you don't have to go that route, 10 minute trainer is great by itself.
